Safe Continued Support from Ignite Facilities
Now that the decision has been made to place the country in lockdown by the Government, it is obvious that heating, plumbing and electrical systems at home will be run more often.
This, in turn, can lead to more issues and faults happening.
Repair engineers for plumbing, heating and electricals are now classed as ‘Key Workers’, and here at Ignite Facilities, we will endeavour to make ourselves available for emergencies you could face whilst at home.
4 Ways We Are Adapting our Services
To help reduce the risk of infection of COVOD-19 to you and your family, Ignite Facilities are now enforcing the following four practices –
1. All gas engineers will wear fresh, clean uniforms on a daily basis.
2. All of our tools and equipment will be cleaned thoroughly before being brought into your home or workplace.
3. Engineers from Ignite Facilities will wear overshoes, gloves and mask where deemed necessary.
4. To reduce physical contact we will ask for payment by bank transfer if possible.
While we will do everything to help our customers during this pandemic, we also need your help too.
If you are classed as ‘At Risk’, then you will need to inform us and make a personal informed decision before we commence work at your property.
If you need us to take further actions or potentially postpone work, then please let us know.
